What this is
Verified sender IDs are the email addresses and SMS names (or numbers) that trustMinder is allowed to send from on your account. You can only send from a sender that appears here with a green tick.
This page is view only. You cannot add, change, or remove senders yourself.
How to open it
- Go to My Profile.
- Open the Senders tab.
- Use Email or SMS to switch lists.
Verified email addresses are the From addresses you can use for emails (for example survey invitations and email campaigns).
If you see “No verified emails found”, no email sender has been approved for this account yet. Contact support before you try to send.
SMS
Verified SMS sender IDs are the names or numbers that appear as the sender on text messages (for example a brand name such as your organisation, or an approved number).
If you see “No verified SMS sender IDs found”, no SMS sender has been approved yet. Contact support before you try to send texts.
Your default SMS From name (on the trustMinder tab of My Profile) will only work if that ID is also on this verified list.
Adding or removing senders
To add or delete an approved email address or SMS sender ID, you must contact trustMinder support. We verify senders with the email and SMS providers, so this cannot be done from My Profile.
When you contact us, include:
- your trustMinder username or organisation
- whether you need email, SMS, or both
- the exact address or sender ID to add (or the one to remove)
- for email: the domain you want to send from, if you already know it
New senders often need a short verification step (for example confirming a domain or registering an SMS sender). Support will tell you what is required.
Tips
- Use a sender customers will recognise. Unfamiliar From names are more likely to be ignored or marked as junk.
- If a send fails or a sender is missing from a dropdown when you create a campaign, check this list first, then contact support if it is wrong or incomplete.
