What this is
Your AI Profile tells trustMinder how you like AI to talk and what you care about. It is preference guidance only. It is woven into survey help, AI reports, comment summaries, and data chat. It never overrides trustMinder’s instructions or safeguards (including how we handle personal data in comments).
This page is shown if your account has the AI Profile permission. If you do not see it under My Profile → AI, ask your administrator.
How to open it
- Go to My Profile.
- Open the AI tab.
- Select AI Profile.
What to fill in
| Field | What to write | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Persona — who you are | Your role and organisation type (up to 1,000 characters) | I’m a CX manager for a mid-size retail bank. |
| Focus — what matters to you | Themes you want AI to pay attention to (up to 1,000 characters) | Reducing churn, NPS drivers, and complaint themes. |
| Tone — preferred output style | How answers should read (up to 500 characters) | Concise, executive-friendly, no jargon. |
| Additional preferences | Anything else that helps (up to 2,000 characters) | Always mention sample size. Prefer UK English spelling. |
Keep this practical and short. You do not need to write a prompt. The more specific you are about your sector and priorities, the more useful summaries and data chat will feel.
Save, reset, and history
- Save AI Profile stores your text. A version number appears at the top after the first save.
- Reset reloads the last saved profile and discards unsaved edits.
- History lists earlier saved versions. You can restore a previous version if you want to undo a later change.
The profile is yours. Analysts and other users on the same organisation have their own profiles if they have access.
What this does not do
- It does not change survey questions or stored comments.
- It does not turn safeguards off (for example the PII cleanser on comments sent to AI).
- It does not replace report filters, date ranges, or which campaigns you selected.
