Quick Response or QR codes is available per campaign. 

The QR code is based on the Genny Link.

Via the Campaign Manager, Click the Other, scroll to the Genny Link Section and click the QR icon.

Once you click the icon you'll be prompted with the following pop up:

You can download the QR image directly using the 'Download' button. 

The QR image can be used in print material or online.

The user needs to scan the QR and they will be redirected to a new survey for that campaign.

Genny links allow Custom Contact Variables (CCV) to be appended and if you want to append a set of keys and values you can do so using the Custom query set. 

The format for Custom query set must follow key=value and be separated by an & e.g. key1=value1&key2=value2&key3=value3. Once you are entered all the key=values click 'Re-generate QR code'.
