The Agent Sender is a tool used by customer service agents to
- Manually send out campaigns or surveys following a customer interaction
- Complete the survey for the customer while the customer is on the phone
The customer service Agent can only send out the campaigns that a manager has granted access to via campaign tags.
The campaign message will remain the same, however, custom contact variables enabled on user setup can be added to the message.
Note - Mobile numbers must be in international format - For example, Irish numbers must be preceded with +353 and drop the zero from the number.
