Surveys once created/sent will remain open for a period of time. 

It is 10 days by default but you can change this.

Closing a survey

Using TTL (The Time to Live) you can close a campaign and all surveys currently sent to a respondent.  

If you wish to close a campaign simply set this to zero. 

To set TTL to 0 

• Open the campaign in the Campaign Manager and click the Security setting.
• Change the number of days/minutes to 0.
• Click outside the field to save the setting.
