There are multiple ways to see if a campaign is active

1/ Check the Dashboard

When you first login you are greeted with a dashboard showing campaign Activity. It has three time periods.

Today, (this) Month and Year (to date).

Here we can see in this month so far 4 campaigns have been active and we can the numbers of links generated, number links sent via email/SMS, the number of clicks and the number of responses.  

2/ Check the Campaign Manager 

 Look at last 'Active' for the campaign in question. This shows the last time a survey was Sent by trustMinder 

3/ Checking Alice  

Alice is located in the bottom right when you login. Alice shows if files have been received by trustMinder and at what time/day.
