The Action Manager has a status associated with each ticket:
- open
- closed
- pending
- new
Tickets are generated via the outcome rules set up in campaigns Outcomes.
The reporting of open, closed, pending and new tickets can be shown in a custom report generated via Insight Manager.
Here's how to add an Action Manager status chart.
- Select a campaign
- Click new chart
- Click the chart to open the chart config menu (right sidebar).
- Click the metric drop-down and select action. It will be labelled as per the campaign name. As per the example below (Demo Survey)
- Click chart to run report - You can re-name the chart name by typing in the text box above the chart button.
