The Action Manager has a status associated with each ticket:  

  • open
  • closed
  • pending
  • new 

Tickets are generated via the outcome rules set up in campaigns Outcomes.


The reporting of open, closed, pending and new tickets can be shown in a custom report generated via Insight Manager.


Here's how to add an Action Manager status chart.

  1. Select a campaign
  2. Click new chart
  3. Click the chart to open the chart config menu (right sidebar).
  4. Click the metric drop-down and select action. It will be labelled as per the campaign name. As per the example below (Demo Survey)
  5. Click chart to run report - You can re-name the chart name by typing in the text box above the chart button.
