To share an Insights report 

• Click the Settings icon (#6 in the image above) 

• This opens 

• Click Share
• The name of report is taken from the name of the report. 
  • Optionally add a Report Graphic by selecting a previously uploaded graphic logo
• Press Generate share link

The link will appear at the bottom of the screen - copy it - and share via email etc.

The link will remain valid for 28 days unless you set a time period. 

Adding report graphic 

Before sharing

• Click the Report Graphic box and add a logo by drag and drop or upload from file explorer (all images will be stored for future use).
• Click on the uploaded image to select for display in the shared report.
