The platform has different types of users.

The standard account on the platform is a Manager account

Managers can

  • Create campaigns
  • Configure campaigns
  • Send campaigns
    • Manually via portal
    • API
    • Email Bridge
    • SFTP
  • Enable access to CSRs and Analysts 
  • Upload contacts
  • Export data



CSR account 

CSRs can send campaigns shared by a Manager via agent sender and deal with tickets in Action Manager

Analyst Account

An Analyst account can view campaigns shared with them by a Manager account in the Insight Manager, create  Insights Reports, contacts, user action manager and export data

Permissions for action manager functions can also be enabled and disabled.



Enterprise customers can have a Platform account.  

Platform accounts have the ability to create and manage multiple Managers. 





Shadow Account

This is a special type of account. 

A 'shadow' account is an alternative login to your account but with access controls. 

It is created under your profile, not the user manager. 

You set the username and permissions.
