The page setting is found on the left had side of the phone. 

Click the icon.

You can set the overall colors for the page here.

• Set all slider questions to have certain colors (Rail, Thumb and background)
• Set the page font color
• Set the page font
• Set the done button color and text color

If you don't want to use a color and make it transparent simply typed 'transparent' into the field.
