Drag (or click) the opt-out button from the right hand side into the phone.

Once in position click the button to edit the text.

Change the text and press Save changes or Cancel

When a customer clicks opt-out they are present with a YES/NO decision to make.

If they select YES then the contact opt-out field is updated for this campaign.
