The survey title is optional but is present by default.

Simply click the 'Brand name' and change or delete if not required.

Basic HTML is supported in the survey title.  See Basic HTML solution for more information. 

The survey title is used as the page title when the survey is opened on a mobile/desktop. 

The survey title supports CCVs. See CCV solution for more details on how to use CCVs.
