Click (or drag) the Yes/No/Maybe question on the right-hand side into the phone.

Once in position, click the question to edit. 

• You can set the question and include an image if required.
• The default response is Yes/No/Maybe but these labels can be changed. 
• The labels can be turned on or off
• Press Save changes or Cancel.
